TNA modules: a Flexible and Scalable Solution

TNA consists of independent, separately installable modules that work together dynamically for advanced, integrated network management.

CoS - Centralised Configuration and Management

The CoS module makes it possible to configure, maintain and update a large number of remote Tiesse routers and M2M/IoT devices, both on public and private IP networks and in overlay architectures.

CoS simplifies management, reduces costs and limits errors, making it possible:

  • Centralised configuration including simultaneous firmware updates on several routers and devices.
  • Rapid deployment and reduced installation time.
  • Increased efficiency in device deployment and network control.
  • Reduced risks associated with overall network management.
  • Easy integration of new remote sites for rapid and secure network expansion.
  • Durable configurations that are easily migrated over time.

CoS's intuitive web interface, accessible via authentication, makes using the module simple, quick and functional for every level of management.

MoS - Monitoring and anomaly detection

MoS is the module dedicated to continuous monitoring and anomaly detection, periodically collecting data from Tiesse routers, CPEs and peripheral IoT devices and sending it to the central controller.

All metrics collected can be viewed either individually or in aggregated form, enabling advanced analysis such as:

  • Number of active devices on specific network interfaces,
  • Routers with the highest percentage of active connections,
  • Devices with metrics below predefined thresholds.

With the ability to flexibly aggregate and combine data, MoS offers virtually unlimited analysis for comprehensive monitoring.

The collected data can be viewed through a dynamic and customisable dashboard, with the possibility of configuring the view for each individual data type or globally, offering a comprehensive and configurable overview of network performance.

OVN - Overlay Virtual Network

OVN (Overlay Virtual Network) is the module that enables the creation and management of overlay networks on both public and private IP networks by providing a multi-layered virtual infrastructure on top of the physical network, isolating the various layers and enhancing the overall security of connections.

VN also offers advanced monitoring capabilities for registered nodes, data traffic, connected users and many other essential metrics, all of which can be viewed intuitively.

NAD - Network Anomaly Detection

NAD (Network Anomaly Detection) enables the automatic detection and management of network and traffic anomalies.

Leveraging the Machine Learning API, NAD is able to build anomaly thresholds autonomously, without the need for human intervention. These thresholds are then updated through an incremental learning model, which constantly improves anomaly detection.

Allowing alarms to be received and timely intervention to ensure the optimal operation of the network and equipment over time.
