Ultrabroadband routers

For corporate networking and mission critical applications

Tiesse ultrabroadband routers are designed and manufactured entirely in Italy. An important feature of our solutions is that they are designed by our R&D centers both at the hardware and software level, ensuring a perfect integration of the entire system, which stands for safety, reliability, stability and long life cycle.

The products of the Imola series (and its subseries) and Lipari are compact and all-in-one devices: they meet any type of need thanks to the presence of different types of connectivity on the same apparatus (fiber optic, 4G and 5G mobile network, Wi-Fi network, “copper” networks).

In the development of our products, we pay particular attention to the issue of security, making available all the software features needed to perform hardening operations and to improve network security.

Moreover, thanks to the integration with the TNA (Tiesse Network Architecture, a software suite that implements Zero Touch Provisioning), it is possible to constantly monitor the activities of the network equipment and manage it by reducing  installation/configuration costs and technical interventions.

All of Tiesse’s Imola routers are certified and used in the networks of the  main telecommunication operators. They all include the following features:

  • routing
  • switching
  • multi fail-over
  • QoS
  • VoIP

for the eVDSL and fiber new generation networks.

Key benefits

  • Security
  • Always-on connections and service continuity
  • Ease of installation and factory pre-configurations
  • Multiple backups
  • Remote management and provisioning
  • Zero Touch provisioning
  • Scalability
  • In the models with cellular radio connection, the SIMs are installed and tested in the factory, for each single device

Tiesse routers are particularly suitable for business applications where security, service continuity and network performance are of primary importance. This is why they are mainly used to have secure access to corporate networks, as well as to have a backup for broadband and WWAN networks.

Some areas where they are widely used are:

  • branches of banks and insurance companies
  • lotteries and lawful gaming networks
  • transport
  • utilities
  • power
  • stores
  • totems, vending machines, ATMs
  • temporary / outdoor installations
  • video surveillance
  • remote control and monitoring
