Quality in Tiesse

Tiesse has a well-defined process to create added value for its customers: starting from an accurate marketing analysis, it develops the relationship with the customer based on listening to the needs of the latter. Product design, with particular attention to products made to specific customers, involves the hardware, mechanical and software design departments: the product is designed entirely in Italy, also making use of the collaboration of university laboratories and partnerships with its suppliers.
The product is then made, again entirely in Italy, and particular attention is given to the entire supply and storage chain. When the prototypes take shape, the whole process of quality and certification tests begins (which takes place in the laboratories of the major Telecom Operators). Subsequently, when all the product is consolidated, production starts, which is carried out in Italy, at the headquarters in Ivrea (To).

The customer, once the purchased products have been received, can make use of both the software technical support and the hardware repair service, provided in two distinct and related channels: first of all, the web area, which is divided into the sites:

Technical support – https://supporto.tiesse.com

Technical documentation, assembly instructions, software updates, and how to request technical support.

Wiki Tiesse – https://wiki.tiesse.com

The site with manuals, instructions for software installation, case studies, scenarios, FAQs, and much more on Tiesse network products.

The second customer assistance channel sees the involvement of the technical assistance staff and hardware repair staff, where the customer can interface directly with Tiesse personnel.
